Mis en Place
1.5 Oz Gin
1.5 Oz Cocchi Americano Bianco (White Vermouth)
1 Oz Amaro, such as Amara d’Arancia or Nonino
Orange Peel
Method
In a mixing glass, stir gin, vermouth and amaro over ice.
Strain into a rock glass over ice.
Twist a peel of orange over the glass and serve in glass.
