For the past 8 months, I’ve been back on my protein routine — and truly loving it. I’ll admit, I was hesitant at first. I used to associate protein powder with yo-yo dieting from my teens, so it took a bit of research to find one that felt right.
Now, it’s something I genuinely look forward to — a simple ritual after my workouts that keeps me feeling energized and nourished. I’ve found a powder I love (no chalky texture, no unrecognizable ingredients), and it’s made all the difference.

Mis en Place
Ice As much or as little as you like
½ Banana
Handful of Berries
3 Tbsp. Protein Powder (I love this one by Tejari)
1 Tsp. Natural Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp. Chia seeds
1 Tbsp. Ground flax
1 -1 1/14 C. Filtered Water
Method
Wash berries thoroughly, I like to soak them in water with a splash of apple cider vinegar.
Add ingredients to a 24 oz. blender cup and blend until smooth.
